Test and Tune
My first day on the Ducati was at an absolute track day sat and sun at NJMP. The bike felt great, but I was not able to get up to speed. We decided that the forks and rear shock need to be resprung for my weight. In the meantime, I learned how the bike put down power and how it reacted to the different ways of the track...
The next track day was with TPM on the same course. Thanks to Chris as WFO and CTR suspension, and Mike from Penske Racing Shocks, we were able to get the Ktech front end on and the Penske rear tuned for my weight. Mike was there helping me dial in the bike all day and I cannot describe how awesome that was! We got it to where I could run 34s without any trouble. On the R6 I was able to run 29s, so I was hoping come race day I would be able to put my head down and go a bit faster. We'll see what happens!
