2nd & 3rd October 2010 KDMC Knockhill
Well it was the last round of Knockhill at at the weekend. We went up on Friday and got the caravan set up. We had a garage and we weren't getting in until Saturday after the track morning. We got set up and got my bikes ready for the practices. In the first practice it was dry and I was running my bike in for the first few laps. Then it was just normal practice. I had a good run round. The next session was wet, but I still had a fun time on track.
Sunday. It was race day and I had to finish my two Aprilia races to win the Nevis award. :) All of my practices and races on Sunday were wet which for me was ok, as I am pretty smooth in the wet.
Both my Aprilia races were much the same with me getting quite a good start, but I wasn't first to Duffus. It took me half a lap to pass the rider in front of me, then I was trying to make a break. Once I saw +2 on my pit board I knew I was doing a good job. Thankfully I managed to cross the line in front for both races and I won the Nevis award. :D
Also both my GP bike races were relatively the same and I led them for the whole race. I got surprisingly brilliant starts. :D
