Seconda gara del Premier National Cup
Ancora una gara all'insegna del maltempo, seconda gara del Premier National Cup sotto una pioggia battente che ha visto i concorrenti della categoria Open affrontarsi sull'insidioso asfalto bagnato del Mugello. Sembrava fosse passata la "stagione delle piogge" dopo la gara di Magione, le prove libere e la prima qualifica del sabato sull'asciutto e un caldo inaspettato, facevano ben sperare... e invece ecco ripresentarsi la pioggia a cinque minuti prima dell'ingresso per la seconda qualifica.

What an eventful weekend at Misano! The testing we had done here paid off and I felt good in the scorching heat during practise and qualifying, dropping my times by nearly a second every time I went on track. Saturday qualifying saw me in first position for the Italian Women's Championship, and 26th in the CBR Cup class.

SGA/KATRA Racing recruits top female road racing talent from around the world to compete in this weekends WERA Nationals Miller Motorsports Park 6 hour endurance race
SGA/KATRA team co-owner and Poland native Kat Zimpel has finally out done herself. Zimpel has constructed what some consider to be the most talented group of International female riders on the planet for this weekend's WERA national 6 hour endurance race.

1ste Van Zon Sprint Races; wat een opluchting!
Last minute kreeg ik bericht dat de Ducati Club Races voor mij niet door zou gaan. Snel gekeken of er nog plaats was voor de eerste Van Zon Sprint Races op Zolder en gelijk samen met Teus Oskam ervoor ingeschreven! Ongeacht de natte weersvoorspellingen! Het zou 24-25 graden worden, maar ontzettend veel regen met onweersbuien. De coureurs weten dat Zolder en Zandvoort twee circuits zijn die spekglad zijn als het regent.

IDM Oschersleben
De eerste IDM race in Lausitz was een moeilijk weekend voor Tasia en haar team. Na veel motorische dingen veranderd te hebben was het daarom ook erg spannend hoe de tweede IDM race in Oschersleben zou verlopen.

BSB Round 3 Oulton Park
Well after Thruxton we had the big long drive up to Oulton Park, which is one of the most technical circuits that I have ever been to, if not the most! I had only had a quick test last year and one BSB round at Oulton, so the challenge was on and I was proper up for it! I knew it would be tough, I was under no illusions at all - I am 55kg and my bike, my beautiful 511 is 194 bhp. ...simple maths, not rocket science!

Unlucky weekend for the Hardinge/Sorrymate.com Team at Oulton Park
After a great qualifying on Sunday which saw Jenny placed 30th on the grid for Monday's two Oulton Park races, plans for a great weekend were scuppered when a slipping clutch and subsequent engine damage manifested during morning warm up and it was weekend over for the team with a terminal engine problem.

UN TEAM DA RECORD
Seconda uscita per il Team Crazy Old Men e Lety5 sul circuito di Magione
Un fine settimana dettato dall'incertezza per via del tempo che la domenica in gara non ha risparmiato di far cadere così tanta acqua e rendere tutto più difficile ai tanti piloti iscritti. Le prove libere del venerdì e le qualifiche del sabato sono state disputate sull'asciutto facendo segnare tempi record per Lety 5 che dal 2008 non metteva più le ruote su questo circuito. La domenica durante la sessione di qualifica purtroppo la pioggia ha reso insidioso l'asfalto causando diverse cadute compresa quella del nostro pilota Lety5.

De eerste KNMV SuperCup 1000 race zit er weer op. Weer de eerste meters na mijn voorjaarstraining in Aragon, 6weken terug. Het beloofde veel goeds, maar teleurgesteld kon ik weer richting huis!
